We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishables (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to mishandling.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without explanation. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. Here is a step-by-step guide. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
